Who is accountable

GUINEA PIG SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INC. (Ontario, Canada) is accountable for the personal information described here, under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Contact our privacy point of contact: support@ogmake.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist: the email address, signup time, and the page you signed up from, stored in Cloudflare D1.
• Generator: the title, description, and site parameters you supply are processed to render your preview image; the rendered image is cached for up to 7 days, and we do not log the parameters.
• Your IP address is used only to apply rate limits and is not stored as personal information.
• Site analytics record event counts without personal information and do not identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

To operate the waitlist, generate the images you request, protect the service from abuse (rate limiting), and understand aggregate site usage.

Where it is processed

ogmake runs on Cloudflare's network, which may process and route information through jurisdictions outside Canada, including the United States. While information is outside Canada, it may be accessed by the courts, law enforcement, or national security authorities of that jurisdiction under its laws.

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, edge rendering).

Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to delete them or until the waitlist closes. Generator request parameters are not logged; the rendered image is cached for up to 7 days.
