FAQ
What is a render?
A cache miss: the first time we see a template + parameter combination. Serving it again is free and does not count.
What happens when I hit my cap?
Up to 10% grace over your cap, then a watermarked card for 7 days, then your last cached card. Never a broken preview. We also email you at 80% and 100% of your cap.
Are there overage charges?
No. The price is the price. Need more, move up a plan.
Is every feature really on every plan?
Yes. Templates, formats, sizes, signed URLs, stored images. Plans differ by volume only. Free adds a watermark.
Can I cancel?
At launch, any time from the dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period, then drops to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked. See the Refund policy
How do I pay?
At launch: card, via Paddle, who handles invoices and VAT.
